Returns

We offer the ability to return your product following the policies outlined below. Prior to placing an order, we highly recommend that you use our Accessory Identification Request here.

You may return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If the return is the result of customer error (ordering the wrong item or ordering with advice from any other location other than the Accessory Identification Request), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is a result of our error, we'll pay the return shipping costs, just contact us here.
Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns Process

Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your order confirmation or packing slip included in your purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your shipment to reach us may vary. If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Due to the amount of different accessory types & prices, we are unable to offer traditional exchanges. Please follow the Return Policy above, and contact us here to assist with identifying the correct accessories to purchase for your product.
